UNCLE BEN’S^® Kids Cafe

Since 2007, UNCLE BEN’S has opened Kids Cafes in more than a dozen communities across North America, providing free meals and snacks to children from low-income homes. We plan to open more.

Developed in partnership with Feeding America™, the nation’s largest hunger-relief organization, the Kids Cafe program is the most expansive program of its kind in the US. It provides children with a safe place to eat a healthy meal and get involved with educational, recreational and social activities under the supervision of trustworthy staff.

The program also serves as a critical support system for low-income families, and in meeting the nutritional needs of the nearly 12 million American children deemed “food insecure;” many of whom are under five years of age.
